Customer Support Center (CSC)
ETAC’s Customer Support Center (CSC) provides comprehensive services to ensure that customers can use their testing equipment safely and with confidence. Through our nationwide and global CSC network, we deliver prompt and reliable support. From regular inspections, maintenance, and calibration to repairs, we support stable and long-term operation throughout the entire equipment lifecycle.
Support Flow
Customer requests are centrally managed by CSC and handled by the nearest CSC partner. We provide seamless, one-stop support—from request reception and visit coordination to on-site service and report submission—helping customers maintain and enhance their testing environments.

Periodic Inspection Service
Periodic inspections are conducted under annual maintenance contracts to ensure measurement accuracy, safety, and a stable operating environment.

Maintenance Contract Services
Periodic inspections and repairs are planned and carried out through one-year maintenance contracts. Priority response is also available in case of emergency.

Performance Optimization Program
We maintain testing quality by verifying equipment performance and optimal operating conditions. Temperature and humidity accuracy checks, as well as data validation, are also available.

Nationwide and International Network
CSC operates service centers in major cities across Japan, staffed by experienced engineers. In addition, we have expanded our network to ASEAN countries such as China, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia, supporting the stable operation of testing environments worldwide.
