Environmentally Friendly
Low GWP refrigerant R-448A adopted
The use of refrigerant R-448A (GWP value 1387) reduces environmental impact by approximately 65% compared to conventional R-404A. It also meets the 2025 target value (1,500 or less) under the Fluorocarbons Emission Control Law, and is environmentally friendly and safe.

The WINTECH series with 300°C specifications is now available for reliability evaluation of power devices for automotive and other industrial applications with high voltage and high current. The WINTECH series has improved heat resistance and insulation performance during high-temperature operation, achieving both basic performance and safety at a high level.

Low-temperature recovery time shortening function
When shifting from "high temperature rinsing" to "low temperature rinsing" during a 2-zone test, outside air is introduced until the set temperature is reached, significantly shortening the recovery time. This is particularly effective in accelerating the time required for specimens to return to temperature under conditions with a large temperature range or under load.
Safety Considerations
Insulation is applied to areas that are easily touched by human hands, such as cable measurement holes that are prone to high temperatures, to ensure safety even if accidentally touched. Safety is ensured down to the smallest detail.
Liquid bath thermal shock tester
WINTECH NEO LIQUID Series
This liquid bath type thermal shock tester is effective in reducing test time for evaluation of mounted products. This tester is best suited for evaluating the reliability of connections of mounted automotive electronics products, and its testing method is designed to meet the needs for shortening the time required for the development of new vehicles. The inside of the chamber and the specimen transfer space are welded together to ensure a high level of confidentiality. Furthermore, a vapor recovery device is provided as standard equipment to significantly reduce the consumption of brine solution.
Air cylinder method
To protect the specimens during the test, an air cylinder system is used to drive the specimen basket. The specimens are safely protected even in the event of power failure or malfunction, and the door cannot be opened or closed during the test to ensure safety.

Sample baskets are available in 3 kg (LT20, 60) and 6 kg (LT80) load capacities, and a larger basket for A4-size samples is also available for a variety of sample evaluations.
Brine solution automatic feeder
An automatic brine supply function is provided as standard equipment to enhance test stability. Both low and high temperature tanks maintain the liquid level and automatically prepare for the next test.
Removable sample basket
A removable sample basket is used to improve workability. Samples can be smoothly replaced.
Brine solution cleaning system (optional)
Brine solution is kept clean even during long-term tests or tests with frequent sample changes. Built-in cleaning system for quick and easy cleaning.
System Upgrade (optional)
System linkage between thermal shock testing and continuity reliability evaluation tester (MLR22) is possible. Connection reliability testing can be performed efficiently.
