HIFLEX SC

The HIFLEX SC (Simplicore) is a low-temperature, constant-temperature humidity chamber that provides simple yet high-quality temperature and humidity control. It combines performance and ease of use for a wide range of testing applications, making it the best choice for cost performance and environmental performance. The new refrigerant R-448A (GWP=1387) is used, reducing environmental impact by approximately 65% compared to the conventional R-404A. The new refrigerant significantly exceeds the 2025 target value (GWP of 1500 or less) set by the CFC Emission Control Law, and is environmentally responsive with an eye to the future.

Product Features

Long-term humidification test support

By connecting an additional water supply tank (optional), continuous operation for 10 days to a month is possible, reducing the risk of interruption during equipment operation and reducing the need to refill humidified water.

Dew condensation prevention function

When the temperature and humidity rise, the "humidification delay operation" suppresses the rate of change and starts humidification after reaching the set temperature, and the "normal temperature standby operation" returns the inside of the chamber to 23°C and stands by after the test is completed, preventing condensation. These functions provide a safe design that protects specimens from condensation and other problems.

High durability cooling coil

The cooling coil made of a new material greatly reduces corrosion caused by organic acid substances and improves the reliability of the refrigeration circuit. Furthermore, by selecting SUS cooling coils (optional), which have superior corrosion resistance, stable performance can be achieved even in more severe environments.

non-frosting device

Expands the range in which frost does not adhere to the cooling coils, enabling continuous testing for extended periods of time without defrosting operation. Ensures stability during low-temperature operation.

150°C specification

In addition to the standard specifications, the upper limit of test temperature can be extended to 150°C. It is suitable for high-temperature tests and special applications.

Floor reinforcement (200 kg)

Option to reinforce the standard load capacity of 80 kg to 200 kg. Effective for handling heavy specimens.

Smart Controller (web substrate)

Direct access from a PC or tablet to set operating conditions, review history, and download data in CSV format. Improves manageability in a networked environment.

SUS cooling coil specifications

The cooling coil made of corrosion-resistant SUS provides durability even in tests that handle samples that generate organic acids and other substances.

Shelf board / Shelf support

3-mesh wire mesh specification adapts to testing of fine parts. Flexible layout is possible with a load capacity of 15 kg.

Load-bearing shelf board

Available in two types, one for 30 kg and the other for 50 kg, the system allows for safe installation of heavy objects.

Weipalace Observation Window

Triple heat-resistant glass with conductive finish enables fog-free observation even under low temperature and high humidity conditions.

A safety device that can shut down the breaker and immediately stop chamber operation in the event of an emergency.

UV irradiation inhibits bacterial growth in humidified water. It also reduces wetness and water stains in the piping and improves maintainability.

Additional water tank

An additional 20L capacity tank can be connected to support long-term continuous operation. Reduces water supply labor.

Round φ50, square 100 x 30 mm, round φ120, etc. can be added. Supports external devices and wiring routing.

Plugs for various cable holes

Equipped with a soft-type silicone stopper and band packing for both sealing and operability.

Inner door with control hole

An observation window made of tempered glass is provided with an operation hole to allow internal operation while checking the test condition.

Water purifier (built-in type/separate type)

High purity pure water can be supplied by using ion exchange resin. Separately installed type for tap water can also be selected.

Paperless recorder (SD card storage)

Test data can be saved to SD card and imported to PC with dedicated software. Efficient recording without using paper.

Temperature/humidity output terminal (4-20 mA DC)

The temperature and humidity inside the tank can be output externally via analog signals and linked to other monitoring equipment.

RS485 interface

Supports remote operation and data communication, facilitating system integration.

Signal tower, rotating warning lights

The system notifies the user of the condition under test by color and lighting, and emits a highly visible warning in the event of an abnormality.

Butt for chamber body (leakage prevention)
