MLR23 New Features
As with the previous MLR series, the new MLR23 retains the basic functions as a conduction (junction) reliability evaluation system for lead-free solder evaluation, BGA solder cracks, connectors, etc., but adds new functions.
High-speed measurement even with scanner method!
Compared to the previous model, the MLR23's measurement speed is approximately 25 times faster, and even with 288 channels, the measurement cycle is less than 3 seconds, despite being a scanner system. It can also be used for high-speed cycles in a liquid bath type temperature cycle test chamber. It can be expected to evaluate conduction (junction) reliability in a shorter period of time.
test resurrection function
It is possible to restore the test to the suspended state once it has been terminated, for example, when the test has been terminated after the scheduled cycle has expired but a continuity breakdown has not occurred and the test needs to be extended.
Humidity input
Previously available only for temperature cycle tests, MLR23 can now also handle humidity data. Combined with a constant temperature/humidity chamber, the MLR23 can be used for special conduction (junction) reliability evaluations under high humidity conditions, with dry and wet bulb input from the SMU board temperature input or temperature and humidity data input from CNS, the chamber centralized management software (sold separately).

Windows Applications
main screen
The main screen displays the status of each channel with a mark.
Progress graph
Progress graphs are displayed in the most appropriate manner depending on the measurement mode, such as graphs that distinguish between high and low temperature data for thermal shock and graphs for constant temperature and humidity, respectively. Temperature and humidity can be plotted at the same time.
Pursuit of convenience in sample connection
High-strength woven cables are used for convenient sample connection. This facilitates in-tank wiring and CH number identification. (*Photograph shows 16CH sample cable.)
