4-terminal pair system
The 4-terminal pair method is a measurement method that reduces electromagnetic error factors in addition to the 4-wire method.
MCL42 realizes 4-terminal pair measurement with its self-developed scanner circuit.
Thorough elimination of measurement error factors
Since errors in measurement values occur due to the layout of the fixture and measurement cables, independent correction is required for each channel. The MCL42 can perform OPEN/SHORT correction for each channel as well as for each frequency and temperature.
