Long time continuous operation
HIFLEX NEO-E is equipped with a proprietary water vapor recovery system. It is capable of continuously testing at 85°C/85%RH for up to 1000 hours with only one water supply.
Humidifying water sterilization function
HIFLEX NEO-E is equipped with a reliable function to prevent test problems before they occur. Most problems are caused by the water circuit. Therefore, ETAC has focused on the quality of the humidification water. By incorporating a humidification water sterilization function using UV irradiation, problems caused by water can be prevented before they occur.
Refrigeration Capacity Optimization Control System
HIFLEX NEO-E is equipped with a DC inverter rotary refrigerator as standard. It reduces the heat load on the sample. At the same time, the cooling output is suppressed when the temperature and humidity are stable, and conversely, when the heat load is high, the system follows the changes in the temperature and humidity. Automatically adjusting the cooling capacity, the NEO-E achieves high energy-saving performance.
Dew condensation operation prevention function
Condensation can also cause testing problems. Therefore, a condensation prevention operation function is provided to prevent condensation on the sample. Once the test is started, humidification is controlled until the set temperature is reached. After the test is completed, the humidified water in the chamber is drained to return the temperature to 23°C, and the chamber is placed on standby.
Environmental performance
Uses low GWP refrigerant R448
In addition to its high basic performance, the HIFLEX NEO-E also offers high environmental performance. By using the low GWP refrigerant R448, it has achieved a reduction in environmental impact of approximately 65% compared to conventional models.
