HIFLEX NEO-ES

The HIFLEX NEO-ES is a low-temperature, constant-temperature/humidity chamber that combines an overwhelmingly space-saving design with high basic performance. It is widely used in R&D and quality assurance as a next-generation constant-temperature/humidity chamber that reduces environmental impact while requiring up to 80% less installation space than conventional models.

Product Features

High temperature and humidity characteristics

Shares components with the high-end HIFLEX NEO-E model to achieve stable temperature and humidity characteristics. Capable of humidification operation up to 98%RH, it can handle a wide range of testing conditions.

Powerful sirocco fan

A sirocco fan with large air volume and high air pressure is employed. Even with specimens installed, uniform distribution performance within the chamber is ensured.

DC inverter controlled air-cooled rotary chiller

Equipped with DC inverter controlled air-cooled rotary chiller. Refrigeration system efficiency
Optimized refrigeration capacity by unique refrigerant flow control using an electronic expansion valve. Guaranteed temperatures up to -40°C. The test environment is stabilized and power consumption is drastically reduced.

Ambient operating temperature

It retains robustness to reach the minimum temperature (-40°C) even when the ambient temperature is +35°C.

Humidified water sterilizer (optional)

UV irradiation sterilization lamps are used to inhibit the growth of bacteria, preventing problems caused by sliminess and water stains in the piping system. This improves the reliability of water circuits.

  • Rectangular cable holes (both sides)Standard: Rectangular cable holes are provided on both sides of the main body. Measurement devices can be installed on either the left or right side. This greatly expands the degree of freedom of installation location.
  • Water AttachmentWater supply tank with a capacity of 10 liters can be easily removed with a one-touch operation for easy water supply and cleaning.
  • Dust filterHigh maintainability is also taken into consideration for the dust filter of the condenser for refrigeration equipment. Periodic cleaning can be easily performed.
  • Main unit control panelSimple program setting is possible with simple operation.

Environmentally Friendly

Low GWP refrigerant R-448A is used

With a GWP value of 1387, it reduces environmental impact by approximately 65% compared to conventional R-404A. With an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero, it is a nonflammable, nontoxic, and inert refrigerant. It meets the 2025 target value (GWP of 1500 or less) under the CFC Emission Control Law.
