Perpin architecture
Since the applied power supply and measurement circuits are independent for each channel, even if some capacitors are destroyed, the capacitors in other channels are not affected.
With the conventional method of connecting multiple samples in parallel to a single power supply, the sample is divided by the protective resistor connected in series in consideration of overcurrent in the event of sample breakdown, and the stress voltage is not accurately applied to the sample, resulting in poor reproducibility of results.
The TLE60 has no protective resistors, so it is possible to apply the stress voltage as set even to samples on the verge of destruction.
high current
Due to the large current capacity, 20 to 50 capacitors per channel can be connected in parallel for burn-in testing.
stopwatch function
The 250V board has a function that monitors the current at 50 µsec intervals and immediately turns off the application when it exceeds the threshold value. This function stops the progress of destruction caused by overcurrent for failure analysis.
