Reliability Evaluation System
ETAC’s reliability evaluation systems can be integrated with environmental test chambers to perform a wide range of evaluations, including continuity and insulation reliability tests, capacitor life and characteristic measurements, and momentary disconnection detection. These systems support diverse testing needs—from research and development to quality assurance—particularly in the automotive and electronic component industries.

SIR13
SIR13 is an insulation degradation and characteristic evaluation system capable of high-precision simultaneous measurement of electrochemical migration, insulation resistance, and insulation degradation characteristics. It employs a uniquely designed SMU measurement board for advanced performance and reliability.

MLR23
MLR23 is a continuity (junction) reliability evaluation system supporting multi-channel measurements of up to 288 channels. It employs a scanner-based architecture that enables high-speed measurements, making it ideal for evaluations under thermal shock and high-humidity conditions.

TLE60
TLE60 is a system designed for burn-in and lifetime evaluations of capacitors. It features a per-pin architecture in which the measurement circuitry is independent for each channel, enabling accurate application of stress voltages to samples.

MCL42
MCL42 is a system that automatically measures the temperature and frequency characteristics of capacitors in conjunction with a test chamber. It supports high-precision measurements using the four-terminal pair method and provides correction for each channel, frequency, and temperature.

ED71
ED71 is a momentary disconnection detection system that captures transient disconnections in conjunction with testing equipment. It records even the slightest abnormalities in the conduction performance of various connectors and solder joints, enabling highly precise reliability evaluations.
